The Period, Diaper, and Formula Assistance Program focus on providing families access to period supplies, children’s diapers, wipes, and infant formula to qualifying families. Households are eligible for supplies once a month. We are open on the third Tuesday of every month from 6:30 PM to 7:30 PM. Events take place at Holy Ghost Tabernacle, 4727 Hondo Pass, 79904.

All events are on a first-come, first-served basis until supplies run out.

Individuals must have a client card. To apply for a client card complete the form here.

DO I QUALIFY FOR ASSISTANCE?
Households may be eligible for assistance if:
They are a resident of El Paso County Texas and
Total household income is at or below 200 percent of the current poverty level for the number of persons in the household
or
​
The household currently receives assistance under the following programs:
Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP)
Temporary Assistance for Needy Families (TANF)
Supplemental Security Income (SSI)
Medicaid
Women, Infants, & Children (WIC)

WHAT SUPPLIES ARE GIVEN?
One bundle of 15 diapers per child.
One Package of pads or tampons per menstruator
One package of baby wipes per family
A minimum of one can of infant formula for children 12 months or younger.
