Case Management for Children and Pregnant Women (CPW)

Her Pantry is an approved provider for the state of Texas Case Management for Children and Pregnant Women (CPW) Medicaid benefit. CPW is designed to help Medicaid-eligible children with health conditions or risks and high-risk pregnant women gain access to necessary medical, social, educational, and basic needs resources.

By delivering CPW case management directly through a community-focused non-profit, Her Pantry provides a holistic model that bridges the gap between healthcare navigation and material hardship.
